Born in one of the most beautiful cities in the world, he started his career as a carpet and kilim restorer. When he had his first long Turkey tour, he then realized that traveling is a great passion, and he decided to have it as a profession. That said, he studied for it and became a professional licensed tour guide. Yet, he never gave up on textiles. Travelling through the country as well as Central Asia, gave him the opportunity to collect beautiful textiles and other objects of art. After leading trips for two decades now, he is enjoying more of his time at their textiles store with his lifetime partner and beloved son.
